We started Riptide Software Inc in 2013 because we kept getting hired to clean up after the big consultancies. Twelve years later, we still pick up the phone.

    Started in a garage

    Two founders, one client, infinite caffeine.

    First managed-services client

    Took on a regional credit union. Still with them today.

    Crossed 50 clients

    Hired our first dedicated NOC team. Office got bigger.

    Went fully remote-friendly

    Built the tooling so our team could work from anywhere — and our clients barely noticed.

    Opened the European office

    Hello, Berlin. Bonjour, Paris. We follow the sun now.
